Application:

Preparation: Before use, apply a serum (for the roller) or an oil (for the Gua Sha) – for optimal gliding and care. |

Detoxification: Start with Gua Sha on the chin and stroke gently downward along the neck to activate lymphatic flow. |

De-puff: Place the roller in the center of your face and roll horizontally toward your ears. Use the small side under your eyes for targeted depuffiness. |

Activation & Relaxation: Work with the Gua Sha from the jawline across the cheeks and eye area outwards. For the forehead: from the center outwards towards the temples and hairline. Then use the roller – from the cheeks to the chin, forehead from the center outwards. |

Finish: Use both tools regularly for visible relaxation, improved circulation, and radiantly smooth skin. |
