Anwendung
Anwendung- Preparation: Apply oil before using the Gua Sha, as during intense exercises the skin can be easily injured if it is not sufficiently oiled.
- Forehead relaxation: Apply from the center of the forehead to the ear for 2-3 minutes. Puffy eyes: Apply the small side of the eyelids to the ear and under the eyes to the ear for 2-3 minutes.
- Defined cheekbones: Brush the large side from the upper and lower lip to the ear. Then, from the tip of the chin along the bone to the ear. Jaw & neck: Brush for 2-3 minutes from the lower jaw over the cheeks to the upper jaw. Do the same from the bottom of the jaw along the neck to the collarbone.
- Cleaning: After use, we recommend cleaning your Gua Sha with a gentle natural soap to remove any residue from creams, serums, etc.
- Tip: Place the Gua Sha in the refrigerator beforehand for an additional cooling effect.
